PURPOSE OF THE WORKPLACE
The employee manages and coordinates the company's projects from concept to completion and takes care of their development and technical part: researching technological processes and equipment, preparing technical documentation, selecting suppliers, and supervising the implementation of mechanical works and investments, so that the projects are implemented on time, within planned costs, and in accordance with technical requirements.
Key responsibilities
- research into technological processes and equipment,
- project management and coordination, preparation of schedules and supervision of the implementation of activities,
- ensuring the achievement of project objectives and managing and coordinating changes during implementation,
- preparation of technical documentation (2D/3D in AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor), technological solutions and standards,
- preparation of technical specifications, offers and orders, and obtaining and comparing offers from suppliers,
- monitoring the implementation of mechanical work and participating in the assembly, commissioning and acceptance of machinery and equipment,
- monitoring and optimization of investment costs and preparation of project status reports,
- coordination between departments in the company and with partners in Slovenia and abroad,
- other work as assigned by the director.
Required competencies and experience
- good knowledge and independent use of AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor or related CAD tools,
- Ability to manage projects and project teams and coordinate between departments,
- organization, independence and precision at work,
- active knowledge of English, category B driving license.

- Education: at least a high professional or university degree in mechanical, electrical or other related technical field
- Work experience: at least 3-5 years in project management preferred.
