About the job
The employee performs consulting, control and administrative work in the field of controlling and accounting. He/she ensures accurate data entry into analytical records, controls costs by cost center, and ensures timely and correct preparation and transmission of documentation to external institutions.
Key responsibilities
- independent implementation of accounting, financial and controlling processes,
- ensuring the correctness, up-to-dateness and consistency of data in information systems,
- preparing the basis for analyses, reports and business decision-making,
- performing other tasks and duties as instructed by the director or superior,
- performing other professional, organizational and administrative tasks in accordance with the needs of the work process
Required competencies and experience
- At least secondary vocational education in economics or administration
- At least 3 years of work experience, preferably in a similar position

- Ability to work with records, spreadsheets and business programs
- Accuracy, reliability and responsibility when working with documentation
- Active knowledge of Slovenian and English
